Anna Kułakowska-Wyskiel

Psychotherapist

As a psychotherapist, she has been working for years with people struggling with addiction and codependency. She gained her experience, among others, in centers and facilities helping homeless people at home and abroad. She has been working with addicts and their relatives since 1997.

Working methods:

She is a certified addiction therapy specialist of the National Bureau for Drug Prevention. She works in cognitive-behavioral, schema therapy, motivational dialogue and post-traumatic stress disorder treatment using the prolonged exposure method, among others. For the past four years, she has served as a content manager at the Center for the Homeless and Addicted and the "New Beginning" Readapt Hostel.

Combining specialized knowledge and years of experience, she effectively equips clients with the tools to regain control of their lives. She opens the path to recovery, both for addicts and their loved ones. Her work is guided by the belief that anyone can start a new life.

Education:

• Master's degree in Special Pedagogy with a specialization in social counseling and rehabilitation at the University of Opole
• Graduate of the Higher School of Social Pedagogy in Walbrzych with a major in Pedagogy
• Graduate of the School of Addiction Therapy Specialists at the Institute of Health Psychology in Warsaw
• Certificate of Addiction Specialist no. SP/0474/2010 issued by the National Bureau for Drug Prevention
• One-year internship at the Therapeutic Center for Addicted Women "Hoffnung fur Dich" in Signau, Switzerland
• Graduate of specialized psychotherapeutic trainings
